Ezy Projects was engaged to restore and repair this damaged home after an extreme flood event in the area. We initially engaged a restoration company to begin works, then proceeded to undertake major internal and external works on the property.
Ezy Projects has so far completed:
- Demolition of the brick archways and spa bath, along with the removal of the existing fence and excavation for footings and piers
- Footings and external brick fence are finished, brick archways and pier repairs
- Electrical and plumbing works are complete and external concreting, including stencil application
Next up: We will enter the completion phase of the works, including outdoor spa rectification, repairing of pipework, re-instatement of masonry wall and paving.
