Our Origins.
Founded in 2015, Ezy Projects began with a simple vision: to make building and insurance repairs smoother, more transparent and more human across NSW and QLD. What started as a small, close-knit team has grown into a trusted organisation, grounded in the same values we were built on.
Led by founding Directors Sam Breneger and Sean O’Gormlaith, the company was shaped by hands-on industry experience, strong work ethic and a belief in a better way to deliver repair and reinstatement services. Their early involvement in every part of the business set the culture we carry today.
As our team and capability have grown, so has our service offering. We now deliver a broad range of building and insurance repair solutions supported by skilled people, strong trade networks and systems built for quality, safety and efficiency.
