Project Update – Fire Damaged Warehouse, Tuggerah NSW:
Ezy Projects has made huge progress on the warehouse refurbishment, with the roof replacement now complete and looking great!

We have also accomplished a range of other key milestones:
- Installation of new kitchenette & toilet room
- Roller door installation & commissioned
- New shopfront glazing & side panel installed with decals fitted
- Bathroom waterproofing, screeding & tiling works completed
- Plumbing & drainage works & PC items installed
- Electrical wiring & installation of new distribution sub board completed & commissioned
- OC “Occupation Certificate” inspection with PCA “Principal Certifying Authority” completed.
We are nearing job completion & site decommissioning, with handover meeting scheduled with Superintendent. Great work team!

Ezy Projects has been engaged with the job of refurbishing an industrial warehouse on the Central Coast of NSW that suffered significant smoke and heat damage from a fire. The scope of work includes restoring to concrete panels and repairs to bathrooms, kitchens, sarking, roofing, and purlins.
Ezy Projects has completed the following works:
- Removed remaining internal contents & debris and contaminated materials
- Electrical isolation and temporary power provided
- Make Safe complete
- Scaffolding delivered, erected and tagged
- Pressure washed all internal and external surfaces
- Sanitized and cleaned smoke-affected wall linings
- Strip-out of accessible toilet, reinstalled fixtures, and laid a new sand/cement screed, waterproofing, and tiled floor
- Kitchen & fixtures removed
- Painted external wall surfaces
