Project Update: Refurbishment of Fire-Damaged Warehouse, Tuggerah, Central Coast NSW
Ezy Projects has been engaged with the job of refurbishing an industrial warehouse that suffered significant smoke and heat damage from a fire. The scope of work includes repairs to concrete panels, bathrooms, kitchens, sarking, roofing, and purlins.
Ezy Projects has completed to the following works to date:
- Removed remaining internal contents & debris
- Electrical isolation, make-safe complete. Temporary Power provided
- Pressure washed all internal and external surfaces and removed contaminated materials.
- Sanitized and cleaned smoke-affected wall linings.
- Strip-out of accessible toilet, reinstalled fixtures, and laid a new sand/cement screed, waterproofing, and tiled floor.
- Kitchen & fixtures removed
- Painted external wall surfaces
- Scaffolding delivered, erected & Tagged
Ongoing Works:
- Installing a new kitchenette, sink, and tapware.
- Installing new roof purlins.
- Replacing Colourbond Trimdek roofing, fibreglass roofing, Anticon blanket, safety wire, flashings, gutters, whirlybirds, and Dektites.
- Plumbing work for kitchenette and toilet.
- Electrical upgrades, including new wiring, distribution board, GPOs, lighting, and an alarm system.
