Ezy Projects is currently carrying out a roof replacement on this Central Brisbane property after it experienced hail damage.
This was a highly complex project that required meticulous planning, including a weekend road closure on busy Breakfast Creek Road. Scaffolding was carefully managed to ensure everything was ready for the lift at 6:00am on Saturday morning.
Thanks to outstanding coordination and precision, the crane works were carried out seamlessly.
We also acknowledge the teams involved in securing permits and managing traffic control, which allowed works to commence smoothly from 4:30am. Materials were rolled and delivered on time, with a quick turnaround that ensured site requirements were met.
Given the narrow timeframes and challenging access, craning materials from Breakfast Creek Road onto a three-storey building on a steep slope was no small task—but thanks to the detailed pre-planning, everything ran to schedule.
From the early hours of the morning, everyone involved worked together to make sure the project came together successfully.
