We were engaged by a leading Strata Insurer to repair this complex in Coffs Harbour after it was damaged in a hail event. Repairs consisted of a full roof replacement and associated external repairs. As a result, the complex was returned to its pre-loss condition.
Considerable pre-start works were undertaken to ensure minimal disruption to all occupiers during the repair process.
