Ezy Projects has successfully completed the repair and replacement of storm-damaged elements across 11 buildings at a health facility affected by recent storms and hail. These buildings, which include a range of commercial spaces such as staff accommodation, health, and aged care facilities, saw the following key tasks completed:
– Replaced sheet metal roofing and flashings
– Installed new guttering, downpipes, and stormwater connections
– Updated electrical, mechanical ventilation, plumbing and water tank systems
– Completed internal plastering, painting and glazing works
Additionally, the main building has been upgraded with new colorbond roofing, insulation and safety systems.

We’re also upgrading the main building with new colorbond roofing, insulation and safety systems. A PCA has confirmed that these repairs qualify as Exempt Development under SEPP 2008, streamlining the approval process.
