This recent project came with its fair share of challenges. From unpredictable weather conditions to working in a remote location, the Ezy Projects team delivered an exceptional result ahead of schedule.
Following severe hail damage, the commercial shed and bus depot required a full roof replacement, covering an expansive 1,009m². Works included installing new sarking, roof safety wire, flashings, and whirlybirds to ensure long-term durability and safety.
Importantly, this project was completed entirely by Ezy Projects’ internal trades and project managers, showcasing the capability, quality, and coordination of our in-house team across every stage of the build.
While the building was unsafe for normal operations during the roof works, our team worked closely with the client to maintain access to the mechanic and wash bay, allowing the business to stay operational throughout the project.
Safety was our top priority with extra precautions taken to protect the fleet and staff during sheeting and while the roof coverings were off.
Despite the challenging conditions, and with a strong focus on safety, collaboration, and efficiency, the project was successfully completed ahead of schedule – another example of Ezy Projects delivering exceptional results.
