Penrith Auto Recyclers endured significant hail damage to its roofing structure. One challenging factor of this site was that the existing materials were asbestos. This changed the dynamic of the methodology to complete the repairs. Ezy Projects was engaged by ANA Chartered Loss Adjusters to provide a quotation to remove and replace the existing roof materials and guttering. Time constraints and business disruption played a huge factor in the pre-construction scheduling.
The client was to re-open their workplace on 9th January 2023 to avoid any delays to their business operations. Ezy Projects orchestrated a construction program to commence over the holiday period. In the time leading up to repair commencement we conversed with our skilled contractors and suppliers to communicate specific customer needs.
