Ezy Projects is hard at work repairing and replacing storm-damaged elements across eleven buildings at a health facility affected by recent storms and hail. The buildings include various commercial classes, from staff accommodation to health and aged care facilities.
Key tasks include:
- Replacing sheet metal roofing and flashings
- Installing new guttering, downpipes and connecting to stormwater
- Electrical, mechanical ventilation, plumbing and water tank updates
- Internal plastering, painting and glazing works
We’re also upgrading the main building with new colorbond roofing, insulation and safety systems. A PCA has confirmed that these repairs qualify as Exempt Development under SEPP 2008, streamlining the approval process.
Stay updated: Work on the main building is progressing well, with completion expected by October 2024.
