Progress on the Fire-Damaged Warehouse Units - Wiseman Ferry Road, Somersby, NSW
At Ezy Projects, we are thrilled to share the latest updates to one of our current projects.
Works at the fire damaged warehouse in Somersby NSW have been progressing well over the Christmas period, with the roofing works now complete – Including:
– structural steel roof-works, beams, cross bracing, purlins & bridging.
– Installation of roof sheeting including safety wire & insulation blanket
The Ezy Projects team has now shifted their focus to the internal works, particularly the mezzanine area, where pouring & screeding of internal infill slabs have been completed.
Next up, installation of mezzanine and stairs, internal wall partitioning, and suspended ceiling system installation
Another huge milestone complete at the three-unit commercial warehouse complex at Somersby, with the concrete panels successfully lifted into place!
An amazing part of the construction process – involving precise crane work and expert coordination to ensure each panel is positioned perfectly.
We’re proud to be making great progress on this project and look forward to sharing more, as the next stage is already taking shape
