Cover Your Excess!

If we attended your property between 17^th December 2024 and 24^th December 2024 and your claim is then approved, if you meet the eligibility criteria we are offering to cover your excess as a special gift from us to you.

Conditions apply and you must meet the following criteria to be eligible:

1. Your Insurer has provided instructions to Ezy Projects to quote for repairs at your property and we attend site between 17^th December 2024 and 24^th December 2024.
2. Your property is classified as a Class 1 Building – Class 1 buildings are houses. Typically, they are standalone single dwellings of a domestic or residential nature. These buildings can also be horizontally attached to other Class 1 buildings.  When attached they are commonly referred to as duplexes, terrace houses, row houses and town houses. In these situations, they must be separated by a wall with fire-resisting and sound insulation properties. The Class 1 classification includes 2 sub-classifications: Class 1a and Class 1b.  A Class 1a building is a single dwelling being a detached house; or one of a group of attached dwellings being a town house, row house or the like.  A Class 1b building is a boarding house, guest house or hostel that has a floor area less than 300 m2 and ordinarily has less than 12 people living in it. It can also be 4 or more single dwellings located on one allotment which are used for short-term holiday accommodation.
3. Your claim is approved, you agree and sign the scope of works and building contracts issued prior to commencement of any building works.
4. Your excess payment is $800 or less. Any excess amount higher than this does not qualify and you will be required to make payment in full.
5. If all of the above eligibility criteria is met, your repairs will proceed and you will not be charged for your excess payment. This offer is only valid for eligible claims attended and assessed by Ezy Projects between 17th December to 24th December 2024 as outlined in the eligibility criteria above. The offer is not transferrable and not redeemable as cash.
